Role:

As a Sales Lead, you will be at the forefront of our business development and sales efforts—driving growth across multiple segments, including B2C (families), B2P (care professionals), and B2B (strategic partners and institutions). You will be responsible for generating and converting leads, closing deals, and establishing partnerships that will shape the future of our business.

This role requires an ambitious, hands-on professional who is eager to own the sales function from the ground up—starting with direct outreach and deal-making before building out a scalable revenue engine and team. It is an opportunity to become a future commercial leader of the company as we grow.

Job requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Execution: Own the entire sales funnel—identify prospects, generate leads, nurture relationships, and close deals across B2C, B2P, and B2B verticals.
  • Lead Generation & Outreach: Proactively source and acquire customers via cold outreach, inbound qualification, field sales, events, and partnerships.
  • Business Development: Drive new strategic partnerships with institutions, associations, and key stakeholders in the elderly care ecosystem.
  • Market Expansion: Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for launching in new regions and channels.
  • Customer Relations: Understand customer pain points, optimize the sales process, and ensure high conversion rates.
  • Growth & Leadership: Set up scalable processes for lead management, pipeline tracking, and automation—while hiring and leading a sales team over time.


Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience: 5-10+ years in sales, business development, partnerships, or revenue-generating roles within startups, marketplaces, or fast-growing companies.
  • Sales Hustler: Proven track record in SDR, door-to-door sales, B2C/B2B deal-making, or partnership development.
  • Hands-On & Strategic: Able to execute tactical sales work while also building the structure for scale.
  • Ownership Mentality: A self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and takes full ownership of driving revenue.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Strong ability to navigate objections, manage deals, and drive commercial outcomes.
  • Data-Driven & Tech-Savvy: Ability to leverage CRM tools and analytics to optimize sales performance.
  • Growth Mindset: Hungry to take on increasing responsibility and scale into a leadership role as the company grows.
