Our mission is to transform how elderly care is accessed and delivered across Greece and Europe. As we scale, we need a strong Operations & Office Management Leader who will ensure that our company runs smoothly, efficiently, and effectively—both internally and externally.

Role:

As an Operations & Office Management Lead, you will be the go-to person for everything that keeps the company running—handling general operations, office management, hiring, procurement, HR, admin, and logistics. This role is perfect for a highly organized, hands-on executor who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to step up into a leadership position as the company grows.

You will work directly with the CEO and founding team to set up and optimize internal processes, manage the office and remote operations, and build a strong foundation for scale.

Job requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • General Operations: Oversee and optimize day-to-day business operations to ensure smooth execution.
  • Office Management: Manage the office setup, supplies, maintenance, contracts, and workspace logistics for both in-person and remote teams.
  • Hiring & HR: Support recruiting, onboarding, and HR administration to attract and retain top talent.
  • Procurement & Vendor Management: Handle purchasing, supplier negotiations, and operational costs.
  • Finance & Admin: Assist with financial tracking, expense management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Processes & Efficiency: Identify operational inefficiencies and implement systems to streamline workflows.
  • Legal & Compliance: Support legal documentation, contracts, and adherence to regulatory requirements.


Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience: 5-10+ years in operations, office management, HR, admin, or general startup functions.
  • All-Around Operator: Comfortable handling multiple responsibilities across different areas of the business.
  • Office & Workplace Management: Experience in managing physical and remote office logistics.
  • Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented: Able to track multiple tasks and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Problem-Solver: Thrives in fast-moving environments and finds solutions before issues arise.
  • Ownership Mentality: Takes full responsibility for execution and proactively improves processes.
  • Growth-Oriented: Interested in stepping into a COO or Head of Operations role as the company scales.
  • Startup DNA: Previous startup, fast-growth, or scale-up experience is a strong plus.
