Role:
In this multifaceted role, you will be a key driver of our operations and growth strategy, collaborating closely with the CEO of our startup. Your work will be central to the company’s goal of transforming elderly care across Greece and Europe. This role is perfect for a talented generalist with a deep entrepreneurial spirit, a passion for making a difference, and the ability to manage and execute a wide range of tasks from business operations to B2C marketing/ growth.

Job requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence: Support daily operations, ensuring the seamless execution of business processes.

  • Growth Initiatives: Develop and implement marketing (B2C) and growth strategies to expand our platform’s reach and impact.

  • Strategic Support: Act as a pivotal support to the CEO, managing a variety of strategic and operational tasks with autonomy.

  • Content and Brand Development: Create engaging content that resonates with our target audiences, building a trustworthy and professional brand image.

  • Customer Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with different customer personas (B2C), ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.


Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience: 2-4 years in a business/ management role, ideally within a startup, an MBB management consulting firm or similar, fast-paced environment.

    • Additional skills: Strong experience in growth/ marketing (incl. performance marketing & SEO) will be a key extra asset for the role.

  • Passion for Elderly Care: A deep commitment to improving the lives of the elderly and a strong interest in the care sector.

  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: You thrive in a startup setting with loose structure, taking on challenges with a can-do attitude and driving meaningful impact.

  • Execution Autonomy: Proven track record of working independently and delivering astonishing results.

  • Versatility: Comfortable wearing multiple hats, from operations to marketing to customer facing tasks, and adapting quickly to changing needs.

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and oral communication skills in Greek and English.
